Cookie statement

Last updated: 2 November 2026

getwinwatcher.com only uses cookies that the website needs to work, and the affiliate cookie that remembers who recommended us to you. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with anyone. These cookies are allowed without consent under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (article 11.7a), which is why you do not see a cookie banner.

The cookies we use

  • winwatcher-session: keeps you logged in while you use the website. Deleted when the session ends (2 hours of inactivity).
  • XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against misuse from other websites (CSRF). Same lifetime as the session.
  • remember_web_…: only when you tick "Keep me logged in". Keeps you logged in for up to 400 days or until you log out.
  • tf_auth: set while you are logged in, so the website never shows you a page saved for visitors. Deleted when you log out.
  • tf_ref and tf_code: only when you open an affiliate link or a link with a discount code. They remember the affiliate and the code for 60 days, so the right person gets the commission and the code is filled in when you choose a plan. They contain only the code, nothing about you.

Stored in your browser

The website remembers a few choices in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie and never sent to us: light or dark mode, and how you left the dashboard (for example open filters and the sort order).

Payments

When you pay, you go to the payment page of Mollie. Mollie may use its own cookies there; see the privacy statement of Mollie B.V.

The Chrome extension

The WinWatcher extension does not set cookies. What it stores on your computer is described in our privacy statement.
